  6. Place your cell phone, computer or tablet on a table in front of you with its speaker on, facing up. Do not place your listening device on your lap.
  7. Adjust the sound level to hear it clearly.
  8. Sit up in your chair. Put your feet flat on the floor spread slightly apart. After your session starts, put your hands flat down on your lap.
